Problem with many of these "towers in the park" is that they are surrounded by underground parking. Hard to redevelop them.

This is amazing! This is just the kind of development Toronto needs to see more of. GREAT job by Remington to build this project there. More to come, I hope.

Plenty of challenges in trying to urbanize this area. I think this is a decent solution. There is some retail close but I'm not counting on much on an increase in pedestrian traffic here.
