Yes for sure IBI deserves credit. Geiger Huot had a solid design to work with. Some changes were made that are good and some that may not be so good. South elevation has less precast than first planned but the north elevation will have have a bit more due to having two separate elevator shafts for the hotel and residential portion which created a solid section of wall on that side. I will share some updated elevations once they are confirmed.
Pre-cast is concerning. I'm imagining a strip of blank wall. Would be great if they could create a mural or something, similar to what we see in Vancouver.

That's.... something. Looks like the pre-cast goes up to the 29th floor. The Teron Tower across the street is only 14, so it will only hide about half.

No reason they couldn't stick with the pattern with the white cross sections and use glass spandrel over the blank patches. It does look that at least the white grid will be continued over.

We've seen quite the battle for second place recently. In April, Lux took the title. Renaissance and Dream will battle it out over the next year and a bit. If Renaissance wins, it could be for a few months, maybe even days. After that, there's a dozen towers in line. Who knows, maybe a tower that hasn't even been proposed will take the title next.

If they make it a rooftop that is accessible to the public (even if there's a small $5 cover charge and they serve stuff) - that would be nice. Really nice.
That would be awesome but just imagine the residents having a BBQ, sunbathing, and then a group of ten people come in with cameras lol. What could have been done is dedicate a day each month for public access, but that won't happen for this building.

It's half hotel isn't it? The public can access most hotel amenity spaces. Is the rooftop only for renters?

Thanks for sharing @Bluejay! If they stick with some high grade cladding and glass, this will complement Relevé very well. Similar enough to know it's the "same" complex (despite being two different developers), but different enough to make it interesting. I like that all three towers have different heights and tops. Wish Relevé South Tower and this one swapped, since Relevé South will always be hidden by Moon and the Renaissance, but I digress. Too bad the glassed in area only faces west and south. Best views are arguably north towards the Gatineau Hills.
