Thanks for the info. So could be a while still before we see a crane go up. Gives Dream LeBreton a pretty significant head start to claim the number 2 spot in the tallest building ranking, unless building two towers at once is significantly slower than the Renaissance on its own.
For sure, Dream will have their Cranes up earlier than Renaissance. Target for the crane here is mid December. Schedule wise as it is now, Dream will be topped off before the Renaissance.

When is this and dream scheduled to top out?

I drove by today and one side of the excavation seems to be going deep finally. I think there was a lot of work removing the old foundation of the bank. I'll get an aerial asap.
It may seem slow to the general people that are unfamiliar with building practices but mid-level rock anchor drilling prevented blasting and excavation from progressing for the past three weeks and also taking into to consideration of the small area to work in. This excavation is 6 weeks away from bottoming out to the 4th parking level. Three excavators on the hole going full tilt now!

Your are also right Hoggytime, the existing foundation and slab from the former bank took some time. It's crazy the amount of steel they had in there.

By the small piles of dust, seems there's another blast coming.
Bingo! Nice to see that some people on this forum know what they are talking about. Blasting will continue for the final level of parking this week which is the P4 level and should be completed by Friday. That will be followed by rock removal for two weeks and then micro blasting will commence in early January for the final footing details. Forming will start in late January/early February.
