Agreed, we need more projects like this along the Danforth. This type of development between stations, with a little bit higher density diirectly adjacent to stations. Nice design too.

Nice, but don't forget that someone had to burn down the old Woodbine Home Hardware to clear this property. There are still some car lots along Danforth that would be good candidates for some quality buildings.
