A MC D is going in on the west side of Yonge north of Gould St and looks to be the same size as the one south of Richmond.

Construction Site Grilled Cheese at Yonge and Eg is closed, soon to be replaced by a Smoke's Poutinerie.

Well they're all busy, so I guess not.

I work in the area and go to Starbucks and have noticed the lines are a lot smaller or non-existent compared to when there were less locations around. There are only so many Tim Hortons clients you can successfully convert to Starbucks.

Any time I've made the mistake of going to the Starbucks at King & Yonge there is always a huge line. In Scotia Plaza, I suppose Starbucks wants to stop people going to the Tims in the food court.

There how many Starbucks locations within a 2 minute walk from there? At this point, do they not simply take customers away from their own locations?

A new Libretto Pizza and Porchetta and Co. coming to King West, east of Portland. Nice!

Great news, two of my favourites. I think Libretto said they wanted to open three more locations, so this one, I think one closer to the CBD (great idea) and one midtown/uptown St Clair-Lawrence

Reds Tavern is now open in Aura. Oddly, they have two sets of doors right at the corner, but the actual entrance in on Gerrard.
