I wish developers would be more upfront about the design of the top. For instance, the Tableau rendering is from one of the few perspectives where the poorly-integrated mechanical box won't be seen.

Lifetime's Yorkville Condominiums clearly shows how well its mechanical component is integrated into the design, though I am curious what the other two sides of the building will look like.
