I could see this site being very popular given its proximity to (and from distance from) Whyte, unmatched skyline/river valley views, quick hop to Downtown and relatively easy shot south to YEG.

Drove by this site yesterday and noticed that the old houses were being taken down.

It looks like two are being taken down, the mid century one on the corner (already gone) and the older one next to it.

This must be the first condo project on Saskatchewan Drive in a few decades? Is One River Park the newest currently and per Realtor.ca listings, that was built in 2004.

A little surprised by the poorly situated and small amount of closet space in some of the suites. Suite D Level 2, for example, doesn't have a closet in the bedroom at all. There are 2 located in the hallway but who wants to go into the hallway to get their clothes? People that purchase high end suites typically have more clothes than you can shake a stick at and want a bedroom with a walk in closet and adjacent bathroom.
