I'm not going to blame Rob for sullying this city's good reputation. I'm blaming the diehards that elected this snakeoil salesman and his nonsensical lies. Fuck you FordNation, you pack of morons. Is this "world class"? Is this how we "run a city like a business"?!?

I haven't seen a better reason to deamalgamate than what's happened this last week. The outer 416 can maintain electing fools that make their city look poor and dangerous, and Old Toronto (aka the real Toronto, aka TORONTO) can go back to being what planners called 'New York run by the Swisss', or 'Vienna surrounded by Los Angeles'.
 
Please don't promote Warmo's apologist garbage on here anymore. He's not interesting, his conversations with the mayor aren't interesting, nor is is rent-a-cop "specialist" particularly insightful.
 
So it will be all "business as usual" tomorrow at city hall then. The mayor will show up around ten and leave at two, council will be outraged (as usual) and then we all go about our day. How did I get so cynical?

Don't pay much attention to Peepers - he tries to point the finger at anyone remotely liberal any chance he gets... not to mention decrying the TPS.

This Warmington show, i'm sorry to say, is almost feeding the Mayor's problem. They're going on and on about how he's a "rock star", how intense it all is, etc - it almost comes across as justifying what he's done. As if the best response to photographers in your driveway is to get drunk and/or do drugs.

Unfortunately all of the attention on Ford isn't for any of the reasons they're describing, and Ford needs help from highly trained professionals - not, I'm sorry to say, an ex-addict who only finds relevancy by constantly name-dropping the guys he partied with. Ford definitely, definitely needs help - but the way to get it is not to stay within his echo chamber!!!

Ugh. too painful to listen to.

I agree, I hate Joe more than Ford.
 
The one thing I'm not looking forward to tomorrow at NPS at all is the fucktards in the Guy Fawkes masks. Just get a life.
