So the new poll came out.
http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news...ral-race-poll-shows/article20717991/comments/
John Tory: 40 per cent

Olivia Chow: 25 per cent

Doug Ford: 23 per cent

Undecided: 11 per cent

Michael is not doing too well either.

The 20-year-old employee of the Ford family’s Deco Labels & Tags is trailing incumbent John Hastings in Ward 1, the poll found, although the gap between the two is roughly the same as the poll’s margin of error.

John Hastings: 26 per cent

Michael Ford: 22 per cent

Others: 13 per cent

Undecided: 38 per cent

Food addiction is real and its on e of the most difficult to treat as it is a substance addiction and a process addiction (like gambling or sex) and one can't very well abstain as one would for drugs or alcohol.

I completely understand. It's the fat-drinking at the end that really gets me though - I can't help but imagine myself in his position, and I imagine me drinking chicken fat, and the thought of the texture and the damage it would do to my body manifests itself as physical revulsion.

True, but one can partake of food in a more dignified manner and not flip off an older woman while doing it.

Don't make Doug angry - he has a terrible tempeh.

Belly laughing. Of course my apolitical partner wants to know whats so funny. Where to begin ....a long time ago in a ward far far from any elitists....

ETA a completely original pun is a difficult and beautiful thing.

Well that part was to feed his zombie ass fat cancer.

I clicked and read the twitter link you put up, and I'm not doubting you. It's just that it looks so "put your caption here" perfect. Like say, "Pray for Rob Ford ('s defeat in oct)". Or "Pray for Rob Ford (to have a Dougsectomy)". And so on and so forth.

This was probably discussed previously, but another poster mentioned that if the chicken is one of those ready made rotisserie bird you buy at the supermarket. It might not be the liquid chicken fat that he's drinking, but the chicken juice with a bit of fat in it. Which to be fair, is quite tasty, though flipping the bird at someone while you're eating a bbq bird, well that's just plain uncivil. I know bbq chicken and fried chicken can turn me into a beastly carnivore, but it's still no excuse for rudeness.

"In the first week of the "Cut the Waist" bs, my 74 year old mother spotted him in the parking lot of a Weston Road grocery store, sitting in his escalade, demolishing a whole roast chicken with his bare hands right out of the clamshell. Not only was she surprised to see the mayor, but she was shocked by his manner. He looked up at her as she walked by, blobs of chicken grease on the front of his shirt, his teeth tearing into the whole chicken like some kind of wild animal. He gave her the finger as she stared in disbelief. She saw him drink the chicken fat from the bottom of the clamshell before she walked on in disgust."

I think I've mentioned this before as well, but I know someone who used to live not far from Edenbridge and would see Rob several times a week getting takeout from this Chinese restaurant on Scarlett, which has gotten some pretty scathing reviews, not least for its greasiness:

I don't really care when Rob leaves the hospital. However, Doug will use that as a camping issue.

I walked by it daily. I have an unreasonable fear and loathing of rats (70s disaster movies featuring the creatures did it I think) I dont remember the year but we had a lengthy garbage strike mid summer and as I lived near Chinatown the wharf rats that came up to check out had me terrified. I would see them everywhere the size of cats but with a very particular geiss. Eeew. I need a shower

100%!

Look out also for a FoFam cancer fundraising initiative with the whole fam damly all over it.

The press is now introducing them to the public. Expect to see more of their lovely faces.

Quick detour. Which site has the better collection of Toronto restaurants, Yelp or urbanspoon.
