The Sun reported he had a 13 cm tumor before the election? Why is this guy still taking a government paycheck? And in Ontario we have denied specialized cancer drugs to needy applicants valued equaling half of this morons paycheck. Who is on the gravy train now?

And this comes from he guy who went on US radio saying we couldn't afford universal medicare. I wonder if he is writing checks to Kathleen Wynne for his treatment,

13 is the new 12, I'm sure they feel that 13 is more ominous according to the superstition.

Ugh....I had erased that man from memory...why did you do this to me?

No, ol' Maggie who, upon her death, enjoyed quite the nation-wide jubilation in her, uh, honour.

Maggie,

Oh, so you think Rob Ford was the best leader in the last half-century

The sooner he dies the better. The city will applaud his demise.

Depends *which* city. Because I could just as well see the Iolas and Penny Morrisons coming out of the woodwork and wailing and touching the hem of his cloth and jumping into his burial site and whatever else.

That is, he may be Maggie Thatcher to some, but he may be Rudolph Valentino to others.

Is everyone here still convinced he actually has cancer? I'm kind of having my doubts again. He just seems like the same old Slob, just with a shaved head. Wouldn't be surprised if the "tumour" just melted away on its own.

Yes. The big name cancer specialists at one of Canada's leading cancer hospitals wouldn't go along with his crap.

Why would Rob change just because he's got cancer? Have no doubt, he's sick. Or should I say "sicker."

Ha! That man treats his body like a trash can. The only surprise is that it took this long for him to get so sick.

In the meantime, we're stuck listening to him opine about how poorly the actual mayor is performing (Exhibit A: http://www.torontosun.com/2015/01/08/rob-ford-not-impressed-with-tory-decisions)

This is what I feared most about his re-election as councillor: reporters would still seek him out for his witless opinions, letting him sling shots from the sidelines while having no real power, thus making him into some kind of media whoring super-councillor.

On the bright side, he seems to be too sick to really dig in to the role. I don't think he's going to be alive much longer. Like dead by May 1st.

ETA: if not sooner

Or he could live for years. We don't have reliable information about his prognosis. Even if Rob's doctors have told him he's terminal, that doesn't mean death is imminent. There's no way to know right now. Maybe JGHali will correct me, but I think the big clue we'll get on Rob's outlook is whether or not the doctors book him for surgery in the coming months.
