Umm no... Tweeting should not take place by anyone during a funeral

Said who? For reporting purposes, it's probably acceptable - just like live cameras and whatnot, so long as it is not disruptive. That's for journalists - I am not so sure if flag waving, selfies or not taking one's hat off for anyone else is acceptable on the other hand.

She's not there as a journalist. She's there as a contrarian sycophant looking for reasons to be outraged.

I will afford her that privilege - but that's why there is the proviso regarding the content of her tweets as well - that's where I think it gets dicey. Baiting and trolling certainly isn't something you should be doing while being part of a funeral.
