Not new, but I just noticed that on page 28 of the ITO, Ford's driver's license address is 15 Weston Wood Road. Not his house, but Diane's. I realise that's common practice, but at his age shouldn't he list his own address?

This is still speculation from Ford's [former] staffers, so I'm still waiting to see if this pans out into anything concrete. CP24 suggests otherwise.

That is, an alleged gang member said, while on wiretap, that he had pictures of Rob Ford doing heroin.

HEROIN?! That's new, it's it?
