What, exactly, constitutes roof assembly (as in the language Tarion uses to determine when "confirmed occupancy" should be determined)? Does that mean all of the mechanics have to be up there? What about architectural features that mask this? Is it only the concrete slab on the top of the top floor? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

just a guess on my part but I would expect that it means the completed architectural enclosure of the roof so that all the mechanical etc is protected from the elements. Did you want to let us in on why you are asking?

I thought I did! A condo builder has to give you an updated confirmed occupancy date within 30 days of the completion of the roof assembly and I'm waiting for just such a thing.
