So many people going out to outside of metro
Therefore recently Korea government allocated New stay in geumchongu(my home town)
1500 house will be built in old lotte aluminum factory.
This place for 준공업지역 semi heavy industry area. So can't develop as residence
But they give incentive for this project.

New stay is long term lease houses for poor class in korea.
So they lease house long years with cheap price.

Above building 400 houses
and lotte to built that.

So easily guess how tall this project will be.

This project 1500 houses. So 4 times larger than above project

That is really good question
Now only information is 1500 houses will be built and project land size is 45,000㎡
So we only guess how tall it will be.

Fortunately Only 200m distance there are similar project now under construction that is Lotte castle geumchoungu gold park http://skyrisecities.com/forum/threads/seoul-geumcheongu-lotte-gold-park-m-47s-heerim.25175/

lotte gold park land size 191,000㎡ with 4400houses. But they donated almost half land as pubic park,school etc.
especially tallest tower is 47fl 6 unit accommodated 1236houses. these 6 unit 47fl land size is about 22,956㎡
Whichmean this New stay project is two times lager land size but houses is one and half many than gold park area.
New stay also must donated some land as public park. But this project itself public long term lease houses for low class.
So they can received incentive.

I'm amateur So my guess is skeptical.
But I guess it will be 45~50fl 7 unit building will to built.
