Yikes! They are yet to open the first building and here we are building the second one. Sheridan College Mississauga Campus is exploding!
 
Too bad the funding came before they've decided what the focus of the new building will be or what it will look like. Now we have to wait!

Is this funding definitive, as in Sheridan should get the money regardless of who takes power in the coming election or is it contingent on the Liberals being re-elected? If it's the latter, then I think it's good that the funding announcement came so soon.
 
June 29
First of all, the work taking to the east of Duke of York on Sq One Dr is for the new roundabout as well a new 4 way intersection by Zellers with new sidewalks. No traffic lights going in at this time.

The new Sq One Dr at Sheridan is waiting final connection at each end.

The new Sheridan building is going to be call Hazel McCallion Campus of Sheridan College-School of Business and Newcomers Center.

The land next to the new building has been stake out either for parking, landscaping or the next phase.

wait..... so the first building doesnt have underground parking?... if not then hopefully the new one will...that would be a terrible, awful, discusting, arrogant, unfixable mistake not to
like i always say... if your gonna do something, do it right the first time
 
The intersection of Living arts drive and Square One Drive is going to be depressing (at least in the near term) - You have Limelight, surrounded by Sheridan parking lots to the east and northeast, a forest to the North, townhomes to the west. Not very inviting for street life.
