I've noticed that the nav bar is partially covered by the top menu (checked on safari and chrome)

I discovered recently that Ottawa has their own version (I'm usually an Urban Toronto user), but recently when I had a couple days between visits, I started getting an "access denied" page with login fields when I tried to re-access the Skyrise Cities Ottawa, I've been able to circumvent it by entering in through Skyrise Cities Global, but I also noticed there hasn't been many new posts coincidentally in Ottawa either. I'm wondering if there are actual errors/bugs in that part of the website right now.
Same when I try to access Ottawa forum through Google, it gives the 403 Forbidden response.

Go directly to https://ottawa.skyrisecities.com/ and login using the icon in the upper-right corner of the menu.
If that still doesn’t work then clear you browser cookies or try another browser.
