Hydrovac truck and workers on site. The massive hole was sloppily filled in a couple weeks ago.

Walking by this morning it looks like there is now a large excavator on site and they are removing the remnants of the foundation of the collapsed portion of the building. Not sure if this means that this one is now U/C?

Crane on site!
That crane looks as old as Somerset House.

Walked by again and it looks like they are going to be driving piles to shore up the sides for excavation. At least that's my guess. Probably why they refilled the hole.

The crane may be as old as Somerset House however, that beast of a crane has a much longer lifespan than one would think.

Excavation has gotten pretty deep now. They have removed the mini excavator that was in the hole and are digging out the last of the dirt from above. Wondering if we’ll start to see concrete being poured soon?
Had they already removed the previous structures foundations, slabs and footings?

I believe so. There were still remnants while they were excavating but they have all been removed now.
