Hi guys! I bought a 2 bdr 2 wash unit in the Blue tower in 2008 thinking I was going to move in. My plans have changed so I'm looking to re-assign the agreement. I'm willing to let it go at least $5000 less than what the builder now charges. It's a 760 sqft unit on a high floor with 1 parking and 1 locker. I willing to even pay a referral fee of 2.5% to whoever finds me a buyer and if you're the buyer than you get another 2.5% discount.
