The Delta hotel looks good to me. The new office building doesn't look very good though. The office building should have been designed to either look like it belongs next to 18 York as part of the same complex, or look like it stands on its own bearing no resemblance to either building. It does neither. I looks similar to 18 York but at the same time doesn't compliment it in any way.
