St. Clair is very underrated as a retail strip. I really need to explore it in full on a nice day...

St Clair is a nice and pleasant walk, and for the most part you'll find retail units consistently occupied. I do think there needs to be more density at certain strategic spots though. Such as the tail end spaces of Corso Italia. Similar to how the midrise condos east of Oakwood have added a bit more life in that section.
