Following the completion previous phases in the St. Gabriel development, Shane Baghai releases the final phase in this master plan ... the modestly scaled 8 storeys St. Gabriel Manor, with grade retail space fronting Sheppard Avenue East

Architecturally, this last building is very compatible with the adjacent:

• St. Gabriel Lanes (townhouses in Blocks A+B+C)
• St. Gabriel Village 1+2 (Bldgs B+C)
• St. Gabriel Terraces (Bldg A)
• Daniel's Merci + The Bayview + Amica @ Bayview Gardens

Clearly Shane Baghai is proud to put their name on this project, I respectfully agree that the complex looks well put together, notwithstanding UT's general objection, I like this development ~

Briefly went by these buildings last week.
They look great from the outside and appear to be well maintained. The exterior walls seem to be in good shape.
