Hands down Red, please stop with the Green nods, A suburban mall look does not respect the area. The way Red highlights St Lawrence Hall is wonderful.

Couldn't we get at least one that looks like a normal building? I know the idea is to support cutting-edge architecture, but all of these look pretty out of place compared to the south market and Market Square.

I say we just copy one of the designs for the original market. The rest of the neighbourhood is either from the 19th-century or meant to fake it, so why not one more faux-historical building to match?
