Infrastructure Ontario ‘strongly encouraged’ friendships with major bidders, ex-St. Mike’s exec. says in defence at $300M fraud trail​

“Friendship was not defined as a conflict of interest at Infrastructure Ontario,” testified Vas Georgiou, who’s accused of colluding to help a GTA construction firm win the $300-million contract to expand St. Michael’s Hospital.
