What is everyone's thoughts about his last words. Apparently they were 'O WOW, O WOW, O WOW'. I can only speculate as to what this may mean. Did he see something perhaps that others were unable to see?

Jobs' genius was not so much in technology as it was in branding and marketing.

There are mp3 players that perform better and cost less than ipods, but people will still buy the ipod, and gladly.

The factory where the ipods are made had to install nets outside the building to catch workers that are trying to commit suicide. One guy died on the job after working a 30 hour shift.

No question that conditions are lousy and Apple should be doing much more to ensure that its supply chain meets basic labour standards. Suicides are also awful in any number. But are 10 suicides a year actually that strange at a factory that employs 100,000 people? I'm sure that a Canadian city of 100,000 has at least that many every year.

You CAN'T compare Canadian city to a Chinese factory full of slaves. China does have labour laws but American corporations like Apple, Dell, Nike seem to be all exempted from the law!!
