^ I can't speak for that place, but I can tell you old Universal Business Machine isn't doing too well:
I guess the typewriter and adding machine market just ain't what it used to be.
Speaking of which, another old proprietor down the street from me recently closed. All that's left now is this sign on the door - with the strange backdrop of this ancient Egyptian themed curtain that is being used to cover the abandoned windows:
