I was told it was 5 projects. Where did you hear 6?

The fund is $15million and I believe the shift is getting the max for 150 student units @$30,000 per - so $4.5 million.

It would be great if it was 6. The program coordinator told me 5 a couple of weeks ago when I inquired, and of those 5, the final agreements were signed for 4. Maybe the 5th fell through and 2 more were added?

Considering how much intake this got, I'd love it if we somehow lobbied the Feds to give us some of the money that they cut from Toronto or Red Deer towards top up for our Housing Accelerator Fund and put that money to this program
