Not Toronto's Swansea, but Britain's Swansea?
Well, you beat me to that joke, it did briefly occur to me. I just don't see any property in our Swansea that this could be built on, so I wonder if they're going to try to drag that name as a marketing stunt way up to somewhere near the CP Rail corridor to the north.

I’ve been wondering where it is as well. My friend's wild speculation is that patch of greenery behind the No Frills on Bloor. That’s the only patch of undeveloped land there
