Why does one side have slits for windows? Is it backing beside another building or a parking lot?

I hope it’s mixed use on the main floor otherwise it would be a bit of a waste to build this on Jasper Ave. Is there any news on how tall it’s going to be?

TOD for the current bus station and future WVLRT. Likely targeting a pretty low price point. But good to see some density in this area.

Based on the fact that we're seeing stuff like this proposed before the LRT is even complete, and given the existing building stock in the area, the west end might just be the fastest to densify of all the LRT routes. Might be more transformative than we all realize.

There’s a lot more vacant land on the west end (especially stony), so that might make it easier to develop. And the Canora/brittania/west jasper place/glenwood areas have a lot of very cheap properties vs areas around the south capital line for example.
