This asshole is full of shit, as he probably *required* ten officers to restrain him (and how can he tell if it was ten if he supposedly had acid thrown in his face?). When was the last time an entire hockey team got into a brawl with police? It's never happened. Hockey's a violent sport but there's a code among players, who are often friends off the ice. They don't attack refs, fans, or police (with the exception of the odd incident that gets huge media coverage), and even hockey fights are an accepted way to release emotion with no hard feelings after. Even the fan riots that happen once in a while are tame by international soccer standards.why do they make a big deal out of 1 soccer brawl? how much hockey violence have we seen in this country?
