My years of surfing the net have brought me to the conclusion that nine times out of ten the only people who are motivated enough to respond to an online article about a city are pathological complainers and hard-core ignoramuses with a chip on their shoulder. The other 10% are those who actually know what they are talking about and are trying to set the others straight.
