Not this one. Sure, it's not the loudest building. But it's not the most boring. I actually enjoy its podium, has some nice visual steps/ details. It's shape is also different from its neighbours, and the glass though nothing amazing is just a bit more blue than all its neighbours. I wouldn't give it a prize good or bad.

I see this building every day from my work and try to like it but I can't. It is so utterly boring. I'm actually surprised Core produced this. But seems that Core and Lifetime aren't that great of a duo (M5V). At least it'll be boxed in over the next decade or so.

I'm certain the east side will be blocked soon with another condo tower. Is there anything in the works? Is anyone aware of a 'Hooters' High-rise?

I like it until you get to the mech penthouse. Why do architects / clients seem to think that opaque panels work better than clear ones for these applications? It's baffling. It makes the whole top of the tower seem heavy and ungainly...

It's also getting increasingly unlikely that the mirrored panels which were to be affixed to the balcony in twos are going to show up.

Yesterday.

exciting !! another glass box tower ~ (thankfully no evidence of spandrels at least)

I'm still LMAO at the cluster of buildings being the exact same height. How Toronto.

It does sort of look nouveau St. Jamestown in terms of the monotonous tower massing. At least this is infinitely better than M5V. I have to see that pile of garbage every day on the way to / from work.
