I agree. The built form and variety of materials and heights is nice, and the public realm has real potential, especially once the park over the tracks is finished.

I have been driving by every day waiting to see if the tower portion gets the frosted balconies. This will be far less pedestrian if it does.

I'm just imagining the 2nd tower and eventually the 45 floor behind it, Dream to the left, Claridge Hintonburg in the back...this is turning into a gorgeous cityscape, a really amazing area of density with the topography and nature.

Bad news on the tower portion of the balcony glass

I don't know how I feel about the Claridge Classic Alibaba balconies on the tower portion...this is the first time we've seen them cover the slab...and then some.

It's honestly a pretty cool parcel as it fills out. The green space is unreal. I can't wait to see the second tower and the new over-tracks park.
