You most certainly DO NOT have to be a billionaire to get into the ownership game.
I'd bet 50-100 mil gets you on the list which opens it up to A LOT of potential folks in the region.

Maybe a Bowlen? Supposedly there's a few that still have ties to St Albert that are obscenely rich. Owning a CFL team might be below them however...

Wait What?!!! Katz might be involved "with the future of Commonwealth" Well this certainly is a kicker. Along with the requested reno bucks from Danni for Commonwealth may be tied into perhaps a new "franchise" for the Stadium and Katz......I'm liking where this is going.

Some are saying an MLS franchise but with the way Vancouver and Toronto are struggling to make $$ on their franchises, I can't see that being a possibility at this time
