^not part of it yet it doesn’t appear. Patricia Annex was a later addition to El Mirador.

That may mean that only the small tower (reduced in height from the render??) is being constructed and not the wrap around multi-story podium with all the amenities. The project was always going to be phased. The shorter rental tower was Phase 1 I believe. Phase II is the taller condo and 'Link' midrise building.
