Agreed. I don't have a problem with phasing but that connector building makes this a neat project.

Since they’re building the 12 story connector at another time, I wonder what the south face or the first tower will look like after it’s complete. As in, will it be a 12 story blank wall? It wouldn’t make sense to put any windows there when they do build the connector. Probably just be covered up in tarp until second phase gets constructed?

I suspect that we will see action on phase 2 before phase 1 is completed and not have any material amount of time that we will see that elevation.
