Is this first tower still 35 storeys or has it been reduced?
Still 35. Will likely look a bit taller given the podium height and taller mechanical like the JW tower.

Yes, with The Parks and hopefully a couple of other buildings nearby and the park itself the view will be much improved, sort of like how Ice District transformed the area on the north edge of downtown.
I don't know what the timeline is for everything, but The Parks will be there is a few years and the park itself soon after that?
The park is 2025.
