For some of us, that red brick view will not be sadly missed as it has been 43 years for me. This will be a truly defining moment I think.
I'll take you up on that and say that I still think it might be announced this year, albeit late (I wanna say November, or December, to start on next spring)I cannot see phase 2 being announced or happening until this project has topped out and then some.

This proverbial boat has already sailed. Now what remains is be hopeful for the results of this projectThere is a lot to be excited about.
The project is high-quality and a great addition to the Downtown, but at what cost. Edmonton has very few character buildings and so the loss of what was there, the demographics represented and uniqueness needs to come into play here.
Probably beating a dead horse, but upset at the loss.
