Yes, its good to note several other projects are proceeding downtown, so I don't think problem is the city or the economy in general. It seems company specific.above grade is always nice for the reasons that Regency always creep into the back of my mind now.

Stationlands for me as that area is in more desperate of rejuvenation than here, but this is poignant as well.Probably gets my vote for most anticipated and exciting development happening right now. Once all phases are complete, this has the potential to give us such a huge boost for downtown. I love the design and impact this will have and will bring some much needed density downtown. The aesthetics give off a real "big city" vibe which I think we need more of here.
Stationlands district is a dumpy area. I'd rather see the core of downtown be of greater significance than around the Epcor Tower.Stationlands for me as that area is in more desperate of rejuvenation than here, but this is poignant as well.
