I love that shit! Thanks! I’ve been dying to know the price tag on that building. So, $66M from the 2nd floor to the 36th. So one can safely assume that the parkade to the 2nd floor was +\- $15M? If that’s the case than it’s on par with “The Citizens’” price tag of $80M, but for 3 floors less than the Parks.

Not to mention the fact that lower levels likely have a ton of smaller bach/1bdrms squeezed in and so wall space would be at a premium for kitchens, baths, tv hanging spaces.

Honestly, I really like this angle of downtown from photos, especially once Warehouse Park and more of the Parks gets going. Would love to see this angle again 5 years from now.
