A very sincere thank you to MacLab for the tour today of their incredibly impressive project; it's always remarkable how much detail, planning and consideration goes into projects of this scale, size and calibre.
Nothing yet I don't think from speaking with them last week, but I could be wrong.Any idea if there's any immediate interest in their CRU?
That gym is temporary? It looks really impressive, so I'm glad they put so much effort into it despite its (hopefully) shorter lifespan.Nothing yet I don't think from speaking with them last week, but I could be wrong.
They are using one of the CRUs for an amenity space (gym) until the connector is built and the other a temporary sales centre.
Kind of the brilliance of it. Most of the cost is in the exercise equipment that can be easily relocated. The rest is essentially a shell space + some ceiling lights, cheap plank flooring and painted sheetrock (maybe some wall mirrors also?) so pretty cheap to put together as a temporary solution that looks better than a lot of actual gyms out there. That gym is temporary? That makes a ton of sense, I'm really excited to see this play out. What is your personal expectation for when they'll start the next stage? And do you think they'll do the connector or tower 2 first? They want to have the middle building serve the entire development with a larger single centre.
Condo's in the tallest? or are both towers rentals?Nothing yet I don't think from speaking with them last week, but I could be wrong.
