Smart money would be on this one. The other one is limping along and doesn't realistically have the ability to pivot. It was an actual luxury condo development not mid-level masquerading as luxury. It's not realistically possible to convert those units into rentals and was sold so long ago that the prices probably don't math very well, especially considering the still mounting debt.

Based on the renderings, seems like it will look like an afterthought. Wish they would have moved it to the Ottawa River Parkway or Britannia Beach.
