That looks great. This also bodes well for the podium on their Scott Street tower. They've done about one section of that so far

The brickwork is almost done, they’re finishing up the front now. It looks just as nice as the Azure tower podium down the road. I’ve also seen job ads for the French cuisine restaurant that’s going into the retail level. Looking forward to seeing this one finished!

Did you ask if he has any more project coming? Both of these Westboro buildings look very high quality, would be great if Azure had more plans for the area

Looks like those sidewalk depressions at the South end of the building were poured low and they cut/profiled the the road to match (not shown in pics).... will be interesting to see how the grading works will tie-in when they do the integrated project next year. Otherwise, love the building. Did a tour last weekend and the units are nice but small, suppose that's the trend these days. The 7th floor rooftop patio will be beautiful when its done and the rep said that residents will also be given access to the amenities in their high-rise on Scott. Looking forward to the resto as well!

I spoke to john last fall. They have a project coming up in centretown. Argyle or Arlington Ave. I forget exactly.

That was an incredibly fast build!
I think the builder was able to parlay the fact he was building a tower at the end of the street to make scheduling crews more efficient. The smaller building made a great way to utilize trades when they only had a half day's work in either location.
