The "unhoused" are like feral dogs...they piss in their territory's corners to mark their spot....OR they are paying homage to one of their kin that was cooking up their a few years ago and caught himself on fire.....fire went out and then not too long afterwards he caught on fire AGAIN - the 2nd fire did him in right and proper though....
