the parking garage at Confederation Heights is full nearly every day, so I’m not sure that the number of public servants in the area is an issue. I’ll also see groups of them walking around at noon on some daysI'm sure it will attract a noticable contingent of Canada Post employees as well once they are cuffed and dragged back into work five days a week.
unless the new development at Confederation Heights comes with some interesting commercial and/or community space, the neighbourhood will continue to be as quiet as it is now. I just don’t think that this development has had the “revitalization” effect on the neighborhood that some (including myself, as a resident) were hoping for
