Hahaha, I might be able to live with this, how much would one of these go for?

$83,500 @ $500 psf. Add parking and a locker and you're looking at $115,000. Actually you probably have more room sleeping in your parking spot.

is this for real??? I mean, isnt there some minimum square footage required to qualify as habitable space? This is insane!

edit: I just "Twigged" to it being a joke!

I could totally live in a space this size - but the bathroom should be redesigned to be a "shower room" with shower only, and you could probably cut the space used by half.

Also, a Euro styled Murphy bed.

I'd have no problem with this.

I'm with chriskayTO, they got the bathroom wrong! Though I was thinking that they then could have used the extra space the for the sit/sleep, turnaround areas.

From what I understand, these small places are 'big' in NYC.

I know that Vancouver doesn't allow developers to make condo units less than 320 sf. Does anyone know if there is a similar rule in Toronto?

In a space this size a tub is unlikely. The value of floorspace for an average tub $7500-$10,000. Much better to go with something like this. It's not like you'll be doing a lot of entertaining.
