This complex has had more than its fair share of businesses close down but no surprise there. When you build low quality buildings, you should expect bad results. Haven't these developers learned that Torontonians expect more than third rate garbage?

Are there any Johnny Rockets left in the GTA? The Square One location closed a while ago, and now this one. Maybe they're abandoning the market.

there was one at Vaughan Mills, not sure if still open

They could probably do something really cool with that vacant space at ground level. They could probably expand the lobby somehow to Victoria Street. Maybe it'll help with congestion at the Dundas St entrance that Ryerson students crowd every day?

If not, a nice prime retailer would be perfect here. They just really need to work on how this retail space meets the street.

There's no way they'd expand the lobby; the circulation wouldn't make sense and they'd be losing money on space that could be leased out.

I imagine they'll join a couple of retail units together if they can get a big enough tenant, or they'll just find new tenants for the clothing store and Johnny Rockets spaces.

They've unveiled their new branding, which is far better than the bargain basement graphic design crap of the previous ones.

Good! With all that's going on inside now, let's hope they do more than one sign on the outside, and that this is merely a sign of more improvements to come.
