Fantastic. I'm very interested to see this one rise.
I love the new blog-style of the Web site, actually. I'd like to suggest though that on updates like this, the rendering of the final product be included. I found that the weakest part of the forum was finding the rendering amongst pages and pages of speculation and construction updates. For infrequent visitors (or formerly frequent visitors ie. Me), this would help a lot.
