BB, that's very cynical!

Although I don't care very much about it myself (I was Board President for the better part of a decade in my building, but have black blinds in one window), if our Board is any indication, there is no ulterior motive to the "neutrals" requirement for window dressing: the owners just want a uniform, pleasant, boring look to keep the property values high.

I haven't been sucessfull in convincing everyone that black is a neutral, but I have been able to keep my black blinds.
