Great floor plan, as are most of what I've seen at The Berczy.

No wasted space and the way everything is positioned will make it feel larger than it actually is. What exactly is the partition in place of a wall along the bedroom/living room? Great idea to give it a larger feel. But what exactly is it?

Bedroom is a decent size with a large walk-in. Bathroom is positioned well away from the dining area and good to have at the entrance.

Only picky thing to mention is that I'd probably prefer an L shaped kitchen as that would open the space up immensely. The island will be a focal point. But it's perfectly fine the way it is.

I like it too, was wondering if the unit north of it would block the sunlight (assuming the sun actually sets in the NW sky)

When I saw it yesterday on the scale model, it was in my opinion to tucked in for my liking. It's a deep corner.

These walls are actually a mix of translucent and clear glass per the model suite photo sliding door... from what I've been told.
