The hallways seem very narrow... even the elevator area... if you think about it, the hallway for the elevator area is just the width of the the electrical panel's access doors. Will be interesting to check out.

I am disappointed that they used a marble pattern porcelain tile in a matte finish rather than real marble. It looks a little cheap, but it will wear better and have less maintenance than real stone. Combined with the cool-white coloured LED lighting the common areas looks really cold and lifeless.

Are there any definite plans for building the final (?) building on this block, immediately north of Ice and south of Bremner? The blank concrete wall of Ice facing Bremner does not look too attractive!

Agreed ^, that particular street (Grand Trunk Cres?) has a very interesting vibe to it thanks to ICE. Very futuristic and can pass off as a city in the 'distant future'
